A community where everyone has a place
Rokiškio rajono neįgaliųjų draugija (Rokiškis District Association of People with Disabilities) is a local community association bringing together people with disabilities, their families and everyone who values a daily life built on dignity and equal opportunities.

Who we are
We are a non-governmental organisation active in the Rokiškis district. Our foundation is people: members, families, volunteers and friends of the community who believe a disability should never be a barrier to taking part in public life.
Local context
Villages in the district are spread out, distances are long and public transport is not always convenient. That makes a place to meet, find information and feel heard especially important for people with disabilities.
Our approach
We see each person first as an individual, not through their disability. We aim to communicate clearly, respect individual needs and look for solutions together.
